What the application does

- Record observed market prices while preserving price history.

- Track active listings, completed sales, and historical sales results.
Private access with Google sign-in
The tracker uses Google to verify the identity of explicitly approved accounts. Operational prices, listings, and sales records are private. Google sign-in requests basic profile and email information to authenticate the account; it does not request access to a Gmail inbox.

Public source, private records
The project source code is public. The published repository contains code, documentation, and synthetic examples. Credentials and operational databases are kept separately.
